Dear Sophia,

You have yet to contact me and I am beginning to think you never will. You are not permitted into the palace so I hope you are not waiting for that - There is nothing I can do you're simply a criminal. I am worried that I am going to lose my mother because of her ignorance. If the courts chose to hang you I won't step in. I have been having these thoughts of you padling out into the canal in a dingy with a small caliber pistol to end your life. I don't know why, but I find the image in my head amusing. Don't botch it! They'll put you under supervision. I don't think you hate me but I do think you have a low opinion of me. You thought I would never figure it out and that shows by you not contacting me - even when you have the chance. I don't hate you but I know that if this goes too far you're going to hate me and for good reason. All I can ask is that no matter what, please don't hate me... It's not personnal, it's the law.

Sincerely,

King Henry George of England
